We are seeking an experienced communicator for a temporary position who wants to help strengthen trust in Nacka Municipality. With a focus on residents, entrepreneurs, associations, and employees, we ensure that information is easily accessible, that services are easy to use, and that participation in the municipality's development is encouraged.

Your assignment

The Communications Unit is both a governing and supporting function in the municipality's communication work. As a communicator, you will be part of a dynamic team that transforms strategies into operational efforts, always with the needs of the target groups in focus. We consist of a team of 20 people.

In your role, you will:

• Work with various operations within the municipality based on their needs.
• Act as the primary contact person between operations and the communications unit.
• Provide proactive, consultative communication support and advice.
• Identify needs and expectations and contribute to strategic planning.
• Monitor relevant political forums and identify communication needs.
• Create and publish content in EPI-server and social media.
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters.
• Participate in press duty during office hours on certain weeks.

Your experience

• University degree or equivalent in communication or a relevant field.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in driving communication projects at both strategic and operational levels.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Strong editorial skills and the ability to structure complex information.
• Ability to identify news value and manage information flows effectively.

Meritorious

• Experience working in a politically governed organization.
